Health Innovations Group works with a wide variety of clients across the health system. Our clients range from community health services through to acute, tertiary and long-term care. We also have extensive experience with health system policy and oversight working with LHINS, Regional Health Authorities and Provincial and Federal Ministries of Health.
Our team routinely supports dialogue with Boards, Senior Leaders as well as client facing clinicians. In many projects, we help create opportunities for members of different organizations to work collaboratively together to create effective and seamless client programs. We also strongly believe that creating sustainable positive change and improvement of care and services requires facilitating meaningful engagement with clients, families and caregivers.
